First I wanted to say a huge ‘Thank You’ to all of you, for Saturday night. First, it was just lovely to see you and Amanda again and to meet the new team but secondly, because you were once again, so professional in the way you managed the guests/the bar, the food, everything. For me it meant I thoroughly enjoyed myself and didn’t have to race around worrying about food and that the Sunday clean-up for both Mike & I was really simple. So many of our friends also commented on the service & the food etc, and they are a tough crowd to impress, so you were doing everything right!
Just a quick note to thank you and the Dream Team for all your efforts on Sunday night. It was such a pleasure to have you there and it went a HUGE way to ensuring that the evening was a fabulous success. The Ensemble raised significant donations because the presentation was so First Class. Everyone - including my mum!!! - was blown away.
