First, it was just lovely to see you and Amanda again and to meet the new team but secondly, because you were once again, so professional in the way you managed the guests/the bar, the food, everything. For me it meant I thoroughly enjoyed myself and didn’t have to race around worrying about food and that the Sunday clean-up for both Mike & I was really simple. So many of our friends also commented on the service & the food etc, and they are a tough crowd to impress, so you were doing everything right!
